BOOK A SPECIFIC AREA
The gym will be divided into five areas. In this way we make sure that there is enough space for you to workout. If you make a reservation, you book one of these areas. Please realize that you book a specific area you only get access to that specific area. This will start on Saturday November 7th and on.
Booking is required and you can do it through our app.
MORE HOURS TO WORK-OUT
Want to train at the weekend in the late evening hours? We have good news for you, we extended our opening hours.
Monday till Friday: 06:00h – 23,00h
Saturday & Sunday: 08:00h – 21:00h
CHANGING ROOMS AND SHOWERS ARE CLOSED
Showers and changing rooms are closed. We have a coat rack available in the lounge.
SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM ARE CLOSED
Also our swimming pool, sauna and steam room are closed.

A maximum number of members is allowed in the gym. Therefore we work with timeslots.

HEALTH
Are you not feeling well or is a person from your household sick or with a cold? Then please stay home.
TOWEL IS ADVICED
Bring your own towel to the gym if you want more than 1 towel. Our towel service is back. Limited to 1 towel per person
MAX. 75 MINUTES
Each trainingsession has a duration of 75 minutes. This is the maximum time that you can be in the gym. The staff will inform you by the end of your timeslot that it is nearly over and ask you to leave the club so that we can let the group of the next timeslot enter.
1,5M DISTANCE
Always keep a 1,5m distance between you and another member.
Let’s give each other enough space, physical distancing cues will be marked everywhere. Physical distancing signs will show which equipment is not available for use, and signs will be placed throughout the club to remind members to wipe down equipment before and after use and to keep the 1,5m distance.
TRAIN ON YOUR OWN
It is not allowed to train together. Also, no help when training with heavy weights is allowed.
PIN ONLY
Pin only while buying something from the store or parking cards.
DISINFECT YOUR HANDS
Please disinfect your hands before entering the club. You can bring disinfection spray of your own, but we also provide you in de gym with disinfection spray. We will make sure we have enough disinfection spray and handwash for you.
CLEAN GYM EQUIPMENT
Please clean the gym equipment before and after use.
