I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. HOW DO I DO THAT?
If you are OUTSIDE of your first year of membership, you may cancel with the amount of notice spelled out on your membership agreement for any reason. Termination has to take place at least 1 calendar month before the end of the contract period. We will cancel the membership based on the appropriate amount of days notice, collect a pro-rate, and stop your billing.If you are INSIDE your first year of membership, you may cancel with appropriate notice (specified on your membership agreement) for the following reasons: relocation or medical.

RELOCATION: If you acquire a new address that is located more than 15 kilometers from Clubsportive. This can only be made plausible by supplying an official document of ‘inschrijving gemeente’ (registration at the municipality) from your new city of residence.

MEDICAL: On the grounds of an injury or illness, are unable to undertake fitness activities for the remainder of the membership period. This can only be made plausible on the basis of an official doctor’s certificate.

CAN I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?
No. All cancellations must be done in club with a club manager or via registered or certified mail. Cancellations are processed this way to ensure you will get a receipt that your cancellation was received.

CAN I REFER SOMEONE TO ANY CLUB?
You earn a month free membership for any friend you refer, if they join.

HOW CAN I REFER A FRIEND?
You may refer a friend by completing the form on our referrals page or by sending an e-mail to infozuidas@clubsportive.nl
