Get out of your comfort-zone and inside the HIIT BOX.
From kettebells to plyo boxes, everything will be used for the hardcore circuit-training for a duration of 30 minutes.

HIIT Box: An intense workout for 30 minutes. Expand your limits with exercises containing kettlebells, battle-ropes and your own bodyweight.

Skill workout: Work extremely hard on your condition and strength . A combination of Skill bike, Skill run and Skill row. Train your power and endurance on the newest line by Technogym, as well as with bodyweight exercises.

I LOVE ABS: Tone your abs in a 15-minute workout. In this effective class, strengthen your core and work those abs. A short but intense session for stronger abs. 

Kettlebell Conditioning: Use differently weighted kettlebells to condition yourself as an athlete. This training is designed to imrpove your core and stability.
