Utilizing an integrated holistic approach, we work within four pillars (Training, Recovery, Nutrition & Behavior) that form the foundation of what we do. Depending on the goals of the individual and the outcome of our initial intake process, our specialists seek to understand each person’s needs and provide clients with simple steps to improve in each area.
Through an application of various methods and interventions targeting each pillar, we provide the support necessary to help the individual, company or team to meet its goals. Our mission is to help individuals optimize their performance and to do that we ensure all of our staff are skilled in our four pillars. In this way, P/G staff are well versed to address an injury concern, give support in a stressful situation, prepare a tailored training plan for an upcoming tournament or give detailed nutritional advice.
To set ourselves apart, we guarantee that in addition to all of our Performance Specialists being qualified Physiotherapists, they are equally highly skilled & qualified in the training arena to ensure optimal integration between injury, prevention, rehabilitation & high-performance training. Naturally, some staff will specialize more in certain areas so when a client’s goal is more specific, we will ensure you’re in the best capable hands to tackle that individually.
