I am a motivator at heart and have been passionate about sports and exercise all my life. I believe fitness must be challenging and effective, with mobility and core strength as the foundation. I always use an individual approach in my motivation and training so you feel more confident in what your body and mind can achieve. Through different forms of strength training, conditioning and HIIT, we can work together to keep the workouts fun and engaging. Bootcamp, strength training and weight loss are my areas of expertise. I am also certified to train special populations, such as prenatal / postpartum clients, older adults and clients with various health problems. Let’s work hard, but not forget to play hard as well!
