Everybody has a story, and every-‘body’ is an individual who requires a personal training programme to achieve their goals. After 12 years of experience, I focus my training on a wide range of disciplines and methods such as strength, power, and mobility fitness. I believe in motivation through tough love and humor as a therapeutic dimension to center the mind, the body, and the soul. Cardiovascular exercises, group dynamic fitness, Bootcamp and weight loss are my areas of expertise.
