The Vinyasa flow, in a room heated to 40 degrees. The high temperature helps you burn more calories and get rid of your toxins, and loosens your connective tissue and ligaments so you can get deeper into your pose.

Ready for a challenge? Pump Special is a die-hard workout for advanced athletes. Similar to ‘regular’ Body Pump, but just that little bit more challenging. Lots of repetitions, not many breaks, in short: intense. Can you handle it?
A real calorie killer: you’ll be unstoppable once you get on your Group Cycle bike. Various positions and paces ensure you’ll have an intense experience from start to finish. The screen will tell you exactly how you’re doing. That way you will know whether you’re on course or need to pound those pedals a little harder. Challenge yourself and push your limits, no matter your level!
An addictive mix of boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. Alternate between a technical choreography of kicks and punches, squats, jumping jacks and push ups. The instructor and the music will get you through the class, and the big screen shows a demo of all the exercises. The routine changes every two weeks.

This class uses a combination of postures inspired by Ballet and Pilates. You combine isometric strength training with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Improve your stability and muscular endurance!
Strengthen your entire body with this 60-minute original barbell class. Effective fitness exercises using a barbell; you’re free to choose the weight. The perfect workout for building muscle strength, weight loss and maintaining muscle mass. You will first work out your legs and glutes, followed by your other muscle groups.
Improve your balance and coordination with Pilates. Creating balance in the body with this workout. Pilates works with the body as a whole in a no-impact way, enabling you to move safer and smarter.
