Yin Yoga: Take the time for your mind & body. During this lesson we aim our attention on the relaxation of muscles in the deep connective tissues.

Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga is the most ancient yoga-style and is the basis of all other yoga forms. The purpose of this technique is to stimulate the internal organs.

Vinyasa Yoga: Go with the flow. In this powerfully flowing yoga style, you will be conditioned to change into different postures while controlling the rhythm of  your breathing.

Hot Yoga: The Vinyasa flow, but in a room heated to 40 degrees.

Pilates: Improve your balance and coordination with Pilates. Create a natural balance in your body with this workout.
