  • 8-week Mindfulness (Mind-Body) group training program.
  • Daily mind training guided audio exercises.

Nutrition

Develop an understanding of your own nutritional habits by receiving personal consults, information about the Gut-Brain-Hormone interaction, the nutrition baseline intake, and the physiological interaction of mental and physical stimuli regarding nutrition.

Learn about the influence of nutrition on the mind-body connection for optimising your personal health.

Mindfulness

Getting insight in the mind-body connection and learning how to optimize your full potential. Mindfulness is Mind Training with proven positive effects on resilience, vitality and focus. The 8-week Mindfulness training is a fundamental part of the True Potential Program, as the weekly group sessions give you a chance to learn about limiting thought and behavior patterns and how to be able to take a different road. Gain leadership by applying the awareness in the other parts of the program.

Personal Training

Optimize your body control by improving your strength and conditioning. Building a strong physical and mental base to improve health and athletic performance, offered through dynamic training sessions that connects the body and mind. With a personal trainer and a tailored made program for you.
